We spent our morning in Philippine Women's College for an alumni convention.... kahit hindi pa kami mga alumni....
Anyway, during the afternoon, we manage to free ourselves from the itenerary schedule =D (big smile). Which was really a fortunate event since we were able to see more of the beauty of Davao. We visited one of the major highlights called Eden. It's a nature park, a big one at that, with lots of greens and some animals roaming around (kidding!). It was unfortunate though that we arrive quite late, thus, there was no kind soul to tour us around.... so, we had to walk. Am not complaining... it's just that we won't be able to see everything Eden holds.... =(

This is one of our favorite! Don't know what the thing is called so we gave it the name "Indiana Jones". You hop on the seat-like thing, then you lift your feet off the ground,

and the "Indiana Jones thing" starts moving... weehhheeeee.... Ulit pa!!!

The place also has a vegetable garden... if you have a dressing, you're ready to eat salad =D haha... if you're allowed to, that is. Grabe!! ganda ng garden nila!!

Highlights of Davao
During those days, we had our tour in Davao (as a school requirement).... Unfortunately, those few days allotted were really too few for us to see the beauty of the place. Honestly, the package was quite a bore... except for the last day, I guess, where we got to spend half a day (blah!! wala pa nga ata!) on a beach in Samal Island.
Anyway, enough with the talk and on with the pictures!!! Yehey!!
First day was in Malagos Resort. We got to see the Philippine eagle!! It's sooo huge!!!

The picture above is an orchid called "Waling-waling". This is the orchid Davao is known for.
This is still in Malagos, as written, the Butterfly Sanctuary. Not much to see, if you ask me... There were only a few varieties of butterflies we got to see.
Well... that's just the half day for our 1st day in Davao. Can't seem to upload anymore pics... grr....
Ei sa mga ka-berks, selected lang to... Bigyan ko nalang kayo ng copy sa cd... madami eh... hirap namang i-edit and i-upload lahat.
Sa mga may pics, penge!!!

aRT ArT ARt!!!
Few semesters ago, I happened to get enrolled in a non-academic subject from another college, to be specific, in Fine Arts - Advertising. I didn't really know a lot of people, of course, I am from a different college/ field. But that doesn't mean I didn't enjoy my stay there =D As a matter of fact, I had a lot of fun... hehehe... Well, seeing a seatmate of mine (her name's Katz, who loves cats so much!) draw anime/ manga characters made my eyes go like big paper plates and getting watery (you know what i mean).... Managed to see her techniques too!! yehey!!
This is the very 1st manga character I drew after *that* faithful semester. It's a character (Makoto) from a manga called, "W-Juliet". I was shocked to see the results. I mean, for me, I feel that this is one of my best drawings =D So far, that's how I feel hehehe... But that might change after people started nitpicking on it =D
This is the second one =P Still, it's Makoto. But I don't quite like this coz, the neck looks tooo long =P
This is the next image, it's a character from "Gensomaden Saiyuki". It's Kannan (is that correct?). This is actually a full body (sort of) drawing, but I don't know how to draw the hands hahaha... so I simply chopped it down to this image =D Do you know that I was so much in fire that I drew this three in one day? Mwahahaha...
This was drawn the next day =D (man! was still on fire haha..) I liked this drawing =D hehe... it's the first time that I was able to draw whole-bodied character... only its in SD form =D Characters are from W-Juliet too.
I stopped for three months and this is the next I drew. Well... it looks human, right? sniff sniff... It's supposed to be Hatori from Fruits Basket... but it doesn't look like him at all =( I tried drawing another Hatori with Shigure image the next day... but too bad, still didn't look like them. **gloom gloom** I've got two more images left!!

After several weeks, I stumbled upon the manga entitled "Tsubasa RC". So there we have it! Sakura with Mokona =D I like this drawing too... It's my first successful hands drawing hehehe...
This is the latest... hmm... it's supposed to be Shaoran and Sakura from "Tsubasa RC". But, i know, it didn't look quite like them =P I prefer the one above over this actually. Hehe...
Well, That's all folks! I have none to give anymore (don't wanna post my past drawings haha...). Oh yeah, if you guys are wondering why some drawings have a weird perspective, its coz I took a pic of them in my digi cam... the images you see were not scanned hahaha... sorry... I have no scanner =P Gez... I've been blabbing here... as if someone's checking this out =P Duh... ala ngang ka-blog eh!
